Miami Beach – The Palms Hotel & Spa is proud to announce that it has been awarded the coveted Green Key Global Sustainability Certification, achieving a ranking of 4 Green Keys.
Green Key Global is an industry certification program that specializes in sustainability for hotels and lodging. The program focuses on environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
By working with Green Key Global, The Palms Hotel & Spa gains access to new resources, tools, and educational materials to continuously meet and exceed industry sustainability standards, and to provide its guests with an even more sustainable and eco-friendly experience.

The flavors of Chef de Cuisine Diana Tandia’s menus are influenced by her African heritage, her classical French schooling, as well as by her extensive travels in Asia.
