The ocean-view room at The Palms Hotel & Spa may not be very large, but it still provided an absolutely special experience! Thanks to the expansive panoramic windows, the space felt much more open, and the breathtaking ocean view made me forget all about the room’s size. The decor was modern, tasteful, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and relaxing, and the elegant, natural tones created a calm, beachfront atmosphere. Every little detail—from the high-quality bedding to the perfectly functioning air conditioning and spotless cleanliness—made it clear that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort. The staff was impeccable, always kind and attentive, ensuring that our stay was perfect. The hotel’s direct beachfront location was a huge advantage: just a few steps, and I was walking on soft sand or relaxing on a lounge chair under the palm trees. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection of fresh ingredients—the tropical fruits and homemade pastries were particularly memorable. Overall, while the room is on the smaller side, the stunning view, comfort, and excellent service make it a fantastic choice in Miami Beach. Perfect stay!

Perfect Hotel in perfect place. Not far from ocean drive. Breakfast is amazing. A lot of fruits and healthy things. Dinner was also very good. Beach is very clean and the pool area is also very nice. Service is excellent. We come again! We had a very pleasant stay here. - Elena B

Beautiful and exceptional

Absolutely beautiful property and location. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything from the beach, the pool, the tiki bar, the restaurant, and the staff…I have zero complaints. Valet parking was easy and convenient and took the stress out of finding parking. From arrival to departure, all staff exceeded expectations. Friendly and very helpful. Always greeted warmly. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable bedding and immaculate. Well maintained also. Reliable and friendly haven of respite

This was our third and best visit to The Palms. Having not had a real sunny climate winter break in five years, we were hopeful that returning to The Palms would be a good choice. We were not disappointed. The hotel, in a good way, was as we remembered it. The combination of lodging, food and social hour service, beach conditions and care, access to the Beachwalk recreation promenade, and conscientious staff made for a winning week.
