Our new culinary concept to Miami Beach, Essensia restaurant and lounge embodies the simplicity and elegance of natural gourmet dining at The Palms Hotel & Spa.  Under the direction of our new Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti, Essensia features worldly fare in a vibrant and sophisticated style. With an established career launching some of South Florida’s most successful dining establishments and a long track record creating exceptional green and organic dishes, Jeannetti’s new menus at Essensia and throughout the hotel’s food and beverage outlets emphasize flavor and simplicity by blending local, seasonal, and organic ingredients from local purveyors to create what has been coined as “the pure essence of taste”. 

Sweet Love at Essensia
Skip the conventional prix fixe menus and experience an exceptional À La Carte dinner at Essensia while enjoying Essensia’s special “Month of Love” offer.   During the Month of February, all dinners for two booked with the “Sweet Love” reference will receive Pastry Chef Gail Goetsch’s complimentary “Sweetheart Sampler” dessert for two, with an array of little delicacies and a trio of delectable dips to be shared and indulged in with your loved one. Sunday Brunch on Valentine’s Day
If looking for a relaxed yet romantic setting to celebrate an afternoon with your loved one, Sunday Brunch at Essensia offers just that. Available every Sunday at The Palms Hotel & Spa, Sunday Brunch offers a menu carefully crafted by Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti. On Valentine’s Day, Sunday Brunch will also include special Valentine’s elements such as orange roses, Essensia’s signature color, and love-themed pastries. 

$39.00++ per person ($19.00++ for kids 12 and under), includes one complimentary glass of Lamarca Prosecco, Mimosa or a Pleasure Cocktail, served specially for Valentine’s Day. Essensia features a 65-seat indoor dining room plus al fresco seating for another 120 under The Palms' covered terrace and poolside deck. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
