The Palms Hotel & Spa features 251 spacious guest rooms on 12 floors, boasting impressive views of the ocean, the hotels’ lush tropical gardens or the Miami Beach cityscape. Completely updated in 2009, these stylish rooms include 13 superior oceanfront rooms with an additional double sleeper sofa and two one-bedroom oceanfront suites with a separate living room and an expansive balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and our pool and gardens. Oceanfront rooms have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the tropical gardens and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cityview rooms have a direct view overlooking the ever-popular Miami Beach cityscape. Each of the 155 rooms features either, one king-size bed or two double beds.

Oceanfront rooms offer stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and/or the hotel’s tropical gardens. These 79 rooms come with either a one king-size bed or two double beds.

13 Superior Oceanfront Rooms are essentially oversized oceanfront rooms, boasting breathtaking views of the ocean, beach and our spectacular pool area, which in addition to a king-size bed feature a double sleeper sofa and a seating area.

Our 2 Junior Suites are located on our highest level and feature a king size bed, a sitting area, a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the Miami Beach cityscape.

Our spacious One-Bedroom Suites offer a separate living room and a private expansive balcony with views of the breathtaking ocean, beach and our spectacular pool. The bedroom features one king-size bed and a living room.  Our 2 one-bedroom Miami Beach hotel suites were unveiled in early 2010.
